The Swantown Tenant and Liveaboards Association, referred to as STLA, is established as a formal coalition of marina tenants and liveaboard residents committed to protecting the economic vitality, infrastructure integrity, environmental impact and community character of Swantown Marina in Olympia, Washington.

Swantown Marina has long served as a cornerstone of the South Sound maritime community. STLA affirms its commitment to preserving that standing through constructive engagement, fiscal accountability, and collaborative governance.
